fix cyd_35r backlight/GT911 for ESP32-3248S035C (BL=27).

Wrong TFT_BL=21 caused black screens; INT is separate from backlight. Rebuild, flash COM3, and ship firmware/cyd_35r package.

Fix PIR input: float GPIO (no pull-down) and log raw level changes.

Internal pull-down could hold OUT low; default idle=LOW/active=HIGH and prefer 5V VCC.
