2dd97f95ad Enable CYD 3.5 inch board in the flasher catalog. 
Firmware packages appear only after sibling projects export cyd_35r; default builds stay on 2.8.

a59aaf1c8d Add multi-board selector and scalable firmware catalog UI. 
Board chips reserve future models; firmware uses searchable cards with detail pane and optional meta.json media/docs.
