Fix 3.5C path: BL=27, GT911 capacitive touch, draw buffer /20.

Align cyd_35r with CYD_PROJECT_GUIDE (ST7796+GT911, INT as INPUT after reset); export firmware and scale BLE UI with UX/UY.
